  1. Voucher valid for three (3) years from date of purchase/issue.
  2. Voucher must be used prior to expiry date; amount automatically expires and is not retrievable.
  3. Bookings are subject to availability.
  4. Voucher is non-refundable and the amount is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  5. No credit or change can be given on unused amounts on the voucher.
  6. Voucher is not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed.
  7. Vouchers that have been altered in any way will not be accepted.
  8. Bookings must be made directly with Novotel Melbourne Glen Waverley’s reservations team – quote voucher number when booking & present it on arrival.
  9. Voucher holder is responsible for ensuring preferred date, and booking prior to arrival at the resort to guarantee appointment.
