terms & conditions
- Voucher valid for three (3) years from date of purchase/issue.
- Voucher must be used prior to expiry date; amount automatically expires and is not retrievable.
- Bookings are subject to availability.
- Voucher is non-refundable and the amount is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- No credit or change can be given on unused amounts on the voucher.
- Voucher is not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed.
- Vouchers that have been altered in any way will not be accepted.
- Bookings must be made directly with Novotel Melbourne Glen Waverley’s reservations team – quote voucher number when booking & present it on arrival.
- Voucher holder is responsible for ensuring preferred date, and booking prior to arrival at the resort to guarantee appointment.
